Doesn't even deserve a star. The plumber Jack R. who works here is completely out of his mind. He says text is the best line of communication, but doesn't understand half of the time what your saying. (My four year old could understand what I wrote) Also, he never gets back to you when he says he will and is always late even when you have other people waiting on him that your paying.
