after removing a precancerous spot (MOS) from my face Dr. Albertini decided taking a phone call was more important than stitching MY FACE. As he left the room he instructed his assistant (not a medical doctor) to suture my face. IT LEFT A SCAR. Took him to small claims court. He didn't show. Sent atrny with a loop hole. Now going to real court and will hire my own attorney. probably cost us both more than the plastic surgery bill. meantime..social media only option.
Dr. Albertini has performed surgery for me twice. He has done an excellent job on both occasions. He is professional and personable.
It was comforting to have Dr. Albertini confirm that the skin surgery done on my nose was healing well and looking good.
3 Years ago, Dr. Albertini removed a skin cancer from the side of my nose, along with a chunk of skin about the size of a stack of 4 dimes. He then reconstructed the nose. It is pretty scary looking at your nose and seeing all of that flesh missing. Dr. Albertini was confident, steady, and focused during the whole process. Staff was very professional as well. My nose looks original today. Great work, thanks!
