I went in for shoulder pain. After an X-ray I was told I had a good shoulder. 2 years later I changed doctors and found I have a torn rotator cuff.
I was seen by Dr McCarthy BEFORE my actual appt time.He took all the time I wanted to discuss and diagnose my injury. He clearly explained the treatment options and involved me in the treatment decisions. He reviewed with me the X-rays. He was, in short.FANTASTIC. I could not recommend him more highly

I had torn my bicep tendon 90-95% from my forearm. Dr. McCarthy got me right in, performed the surgery and I was immediately on the mend. My recovery was fast, and my arm was as good or better than ever. That was 13 years ago. I have had zero problems since the surgery. His bedside manner is the best, and that is of utmost importance to me. Thank you again Dr. McCarthy!
