We rented a house from John Heitz for six years and only stopped because we moved out of state. He was the best landlord we have ever had. If there was anything we needed fixed or if we had any issues with the home, he had it taken care of immediately. John was always responsive to messages and was also very kind. I went to an open house to view a property and it was unlike any experience I’ve had before. The folks here kindest, most down to earth group of people. They will really touch your heart. I didn’t feel intimidated, just welcomed. The application was easy, the tour was informative. Both John and his associate were quick to answer questions and overall it had been a pleasant experience. The nicest place I have lived In Springfield. John always responded quickly with any question I might have had. Place was well kept and everything works as it should. I would rent from him again with no hesitation.
