Two lovely watches now work! My favorite had been through 3 jewelers- it would work for a day then it stopped again. Johantgen had the skill and took the time to open this delicate piece up, find rust and water damage hidden deep inside. They thoroughly cleaned it and it’s been keeping accurate time for 3 weeks! Best service ever!!!
Todd did a great job replacing one of my wife’s favorite necklaces. It had broken from old age. He took the time to explain my options, I had no idea there was so many styles of necklaces? In the end the new necklace was exactly what my wife wanted. She loves it! Thank you Todd!

I had my wedding ring repaired as I lost a diamond and there were prongs missing. They replaced my missing diamond and fixed the prongs. My wedding ring looked as it did on my wedding day. It sparkled so intensely I recently received lots of compliments wearing it. So thankful. Also I had a gold ring resized with chcolate diamonds in it and that they were able to fit perfectly.
