Went into Johansen’s knowing exactly what I wanted and had heard good things about this place. The front counter associate was kind and genuinely tried her best to assist me. When we discovered the item I wanted was not in stock, I asked if there were any recommended alternatives. She did her best, and I appreciated her effort.
