I have a few uncommon conditions that require a lot of management. I switch to Dr. Javier‘s care from another primary Doctor Who is not as comfortable with my case. Javier is competent, compassionate, and professional. She made sure that I was able to get in touch with all of the specialist that I need and takes an active role in helping me manage my care! She’s the teammate you need on your side!
Dr. Javier has excellent bedside manners, truly cares for her patients, and is easily accessible/prompt to respond. She always includes her patients when creating a treatment plan/referrals while providing different options and approaches so patients can receive the best care and feel like they also have a voice and are in control of their health. I am grateful to have her as my PCP!
It’s been a really long time since I’ve had a doctor that actually seems interested in my health and isn’t just going through the typical doctor questions. Dr Javier actually spoke to me like a human and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Javier immediately ordered me labs for each of my concerns and didn’t dismiss anything.
