WHY NOT. SHE ALWAYS LISTENS TO WHAT MY HEALTH PROBLEMS ARE AND IS VERY UNDERSTANDING WITH GETTING WHAT I NEED .
I am very pleased with Dr. Flores. Sorry, I can't say the same for the scheduling department.
The appointment was a waste of time.
Did not fell my doctor was really listening or care
I appreciate Dr. Flores' attentiveness to my health concerns. As someone who has health anxiety it helps to have a PCP that explains and is not dismissive of my concerns. It makes all the difference in the world to be reassured as to what is normal v something I should be concerned with.
As I stated before I need more than 20 minutes with Doctor at times but it is Optum that controls this. Dr Flores Rios is a talented doctor and knows her stuff, I feel Optum should change the 20 minutes to 30 minutes as I'm elderly and may need a little more time to think.
We discussed everything thoroughly well
I am very satisfied with the excellent care of my care provider Johana Flores-Rios.
