I have rented from them for over 3 years. First thing to do before you move in is to clean the apartment yourself because the way they clean it leaves much much to desire. Maintenance staff is great but the manager (if that’s what they call her) sucks! She is rude and bossy and is only pleasant when things go her way. She knowingly breaks the law and rental agreement when it suits her. I cannot speak about the other managers because I don’t know them, just this one.
