Joey's is by FAR the best place to take my car/s for service. As has happened a couple of times over the years - - his mechanics realize some issue is out of their purview, Joey will acknowledge that, and direct me to an (appropriate) alternative. Or of course, whatever other facility I would prefer. Simply, "...just good people."
Joey Watkins and his staff out top notch with expertise and customer service. They are a pleasure to work with and the only people I truly trust to take care of my car without ripping me off with unneeded repairs. Best shop around!
I'll be honest, they are going through some growing pains and it would seem that their reputation for doing good work has out paced their capacity. From a business perspective this is a good thing, from a customer perspective this means long wait times for quality work, They are working on solutions for this issue and if they can increase capacity then this would be a 5 star review, I can not complain about the quality of the work only the amount of time that the work takes.
Awesome service!! Came in right before closing with a nail in my tire. They got me in and out in just a few minutes. Thanks so much!!!
