RecommendedI highly recommend this Tire and Auto repair shop. They have excellent customer service.
My husband had gone to two other tire stores to see about getting his tire “repaired” from a nail. All they wanted to do was sell him a new $200.00 tire. The ONLY reason he had gone elsewhere was close proximity to home following a major surgery. This morning he got up and went to Joey Watkins. Within minutes a technician had assessed that it was ONLY a PIECE of a nail that had NOT gone through, pulled it out, NO CHARGE, and sent him on his way! I trust Joey Watkins Tire&Auto more than any auto shop I've ever trusted in my 37 years of driving in 4 different states. They never recommend anything that isn't needed and do exactly what they say they will do. There is a good reason it's all but impossible to park in their parking lot. It's called superior customer service. I will not take my 3 cars anywhere else

We've been taking our personal and company vehicles here for years. The customer service is unbeatable. I have never had an issue where I've had to bring a vehicle back because it wasn't fixed right the first time. THAT is the biggest reason I love coming here. So many places seem to throw parts at problems and hope for the best. Joey's team gets it done right the FIRST TIME. We have been Regular Customers there for over 10 years. They have exhibited total honesty on every occasion. They make you feel welcome immediately upon entering the building. All of their staff is very nice. They always return our calls in a very timely manner. They meet or exceed all of their due dates. As a Local Business Owner, I really appreciate all that they do.
This place is so much more then just your typical service station. Everyone there is always so nice and accommodating. They make you feel like a family member. I’ve only been there a few times but I took my car there on Tuesday because I had a nail in my tire. They were busy but took my car back pretty quickly and patched it and checked the air in the tires. They came out to tell me they were done, handed me my invoice and told me to have a wonderful day. I just had tires and brakes done on my truck yesterday. They did a great job. They were quick, informative, and fair. Joey is very hands on with his customers and also very appreciative. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles there and highly recommend you so as well.
