Great Customer Service!!! – I booked a Surprise Party there last week and Becky Land went over & beyond to make it a very special night! Great Food and Great Atmosphere – The food was great and the service was friendly and fast. This a great lunch place. Excellent filet sandwhich. I loved the house salad!!! Great place for afterwork drinks or a date. It has unique bar and great patio with live music. Definitly try their fish specials. The price is great for the experience. Highly recommended!!!

VERY disappointing service, and meal – ate at joey d's on 3-31-08. i was by myself so i sat at the bar. i ordered a beer and placed my food order. my bartender then proceeded to ignore me for the rest of my meal. when my glass was empty, another bartender came from the other end of the bar to get me another. the salad was fair at best; very little flavor. i ordered the filet medium with baked potato. thankfully the potato was decent, because the steak was atrocious. when it arrived it looked like a large charcoal briquette. ... read more
Worst "fancy" meal I've ever had – The wife and I don't get to go out for an expensive meal very often, so when we do we really try to make it count. Our experience at Joey D's Oak Room most definitely did not "count". I ordered the filet mignon, my wife ordered the garlic steak special. The salads were fine, though nothing wonderful. The steaks, however, were disgusting. Mine was covered in salt, and stone cold in the center. There was little to no seasoning aside from the salt. Great ambience and excellent food – Everything on the menu is awesome, particularly the huge beef rib (you have to see it to believe it). the creamed spinach with nutmeg is to die for. The atmosphere is clubby, cozy, and perfect for a date or a business dinner. Consistently excellent.
Joey Don't's Choke Room – The service wasn't too bad so let me break down my order. House salad--definately NOT great, it's topped with some kind of bacon bit looking stuff that tasted like fresh paper. Potato soup(special)--tasted like it was straight out of a can, and if it wasn't for the fresh paper sprinkled on top, it would look like it to. Filet mignon--totally undercooked, made me think of Chick-Fil-a's motto:Eat More Chicken. Good atmosphere though.
