Great Service, great atmosphere – Just wanted to pass this on, Joe's Smog Check is worth a bit of an extra drive for the speed of service (mine was done in 10mins, but makes sense to call ahead to see if he is busy), and the shop is very clean and comfortable for what it is. I have waited around in some pretty messy / slightly depressing auto shops, this place was fine. Best Smog Checkers In The Business :D – I am a female who knows nothing about cars. I was very apprehensive about getting this test. Joe's was very professional and efficient. His place was clean. There are magizines and a TV while you wait. It is really great to find a honest and reputable facility. I highly recommended it. Best Smog testing place in Los Angeles! – Joe is best smog testing guy in town. He is fast, friendly and cheap! My experience couldn't have been better! 10/10! I drove all the way from West Hollywood to see him in North Hollywood, but it was worth the drive. The local stations around my house were costing twice as much! He was done under 10 minutes... but I just wanted to hang out, talk with him and read his nice selection of very current magazines. I will recommend him to everyone I know and will be back for sure!

Would go back... – I found out about this place on-line, and the main thing that interested me was the cost... So I decided to check it out, and my experience was great... The owner was really friendly, and the entire procedure was done so quickly, I was in & out. It's a great place to go to for a smog check... I would definitely go back again :)

Great price. Clean shop. Excellent!!! – After doing some hunting on the internet and making about 5 phone calls I discovered that the vast majority of places that do smog checks wanted to charge me $60+. I've had a smog check before, this cost is absurd. So I did some hunting and found Joe's. I made my trek up to the valley and was glad I did. With the online coupon I was out the door for only $30. Great, quick service; accurate pricing – Took my 2000 Celica there for a basic smog check and passed; price was exactly quoted; they didn't try to sell me any add-ons; got me out of there as quick as possible. What more could I ask? Why can't gym's be this straightforward with their pricing/service??

Print out the coupon from the web site and save yourself money and time. The technician was friendly and took only 10 minutes to complete the test. You can sit back and watch TV and they offered free bottled water to boot.
