Excellent food, great staff and wonderful ambiance. Went to Joe's a couple of times during my recent stay in DC. Should you go, you won't be disappointed.
Great food, particular the Ribeye, environment is fine. The waitress can speak a little bit Chinese, she visited Shanghai before, she remember 虹口区
