Couldn't have been happier. They were the only company out of five on a Monday morning that answered the phone, and Bryan came out that afternoon and easily diagnosed and fixed my furnace, which was impressive because it had been sometimes working and sometimes not. Plus, out of pure goodness of heart, he fixed a kitchen drawer that was destroying my mental health. Hero!
Got a quote done to replace my tank water heater with a tankless one, run a gas line to my stove, a water hook up to my front yard, and an inline water softener. All looked good and decided to go ahead with the work. Got scheduled quickly which was great but not all work was complete after they left. I called to ask why the water hook up was not ran and if they could return to do so, from my understanding they under bid the work and said they couldn't and would give me a $300 discount off my bill but when I got it, only $200... read more
