I've been going to Joe's for a few years now and it is my favorite nail salon. They always do a great job and are much cheaper than the salons at the mall. I would recommend Joe's to anyone!

I absolutely DO NOT understand why people like this place. I went here because my friend said they were good and had awesome reviews on yelp. Okay, I do not ever make reviews, but for this one, I felt like I had to....They are RUDE and completely unprofessional!!! I did not get the lady's name who did my nails but she snipped a CHUNK of my cuticle off and it started bleeding... When this happened, she did not even say ONE word. Not the relaxing mani pedi I was looking for. Actually the worst ever :( I paid way too much money to walk out unsatisfied. My toe bled from my cuticle being cut to closely and I had to take my polish off because it wouldnt dry (old polish i guess). Spend your money elsewhere.

Joe has been my nail guy for almost 8 years, in that time I have watched he & his family open a clean, efficient, STERILE, place of business. He is kind, courteous & makes sure his work is ALWAYS perfect & demands the same for his staff. Those that say they got "a fungus" got it from someone else who previously did their nails or refused to allow Joe to fix their current problem. Joe is ALWAYS available & will make any problem right with out any charge to his customers. He is one of the few in Norman that donate time & money... read more

I am a very happy customer of Joe's Nails and Spa ever since they opened. I went to Joe even before he opened his business because he is very clean and is a perfectionist. I have been to many of the other salons in Norman and did not feel as though they were sanitary. I am very picky about cleaniness. You can feel certain that you will never pick up a fungus or experience any unsanitary conditions with him. He is the most professional and truly cares about his customers. Joe's is the best nail salon in Norman. If you are unhappy with their service, he will always make time to fix any problems. And they never question why or argue, like many others do. I've followed him around town for years and would never go anywhere else. The salon is always clean and nice looking. His nail techs are always happy and do their best to accommodate anyone's needs. Joe, his wife and his employees care about their customers! Hands down, the best nail salon experience I've ever had anywhere. Thanks Joe!!!

Got a pedi there, did good job. It was a big place with a bit of a factory atmosphere. A little more expensive than others. Also, many have discounts for pedi and manicures together, they did not.
