Jose came out immediately to see our job and give us an estimate, as well as showing us samples and matching the existing grout. We ended up hiring him. He came out right away and did the work beautifully. If needed, I would hire him again without a doubt.
He was quick to review my project and provide a quote. The work was done on schedule and his crew did an excellent job. Joe reviewed thei r work at completion. I would use this company again on my rental properties, and will include him as a referral to my buyer or seller clients who need brick and mortar repair (I'm a real estate agent).
He came out on time, did a great job. I wrote a check for the $730.00 he quoted. I called him when I got home yesterday and told him I was home if he wanted to come by and pick up his check. He showed up and then wanted an extra $20 cash for quote "his pocket" when I told him I had no cash he wanted to know if I would change the check to $750.00. That's would be the only negative thing about the job.
Came the same day I called to give an estimate and did the work the very next day. Very reasonable rates and professional service. Would use again.
Mr. Casas e-mailed me within 24 hours of my request to Service Magic. We made an appointment for an estimate and Mr. Casas showed up 10 minutes early for our appointment. He gave me a written estimate and explained what it would cost to have my brick front steps replaced and missing mortar re-tucked and pointed. His estimate was well below that of his competition.
