Friendly people, awesome food, great beer, everything you want in a neighborhood place, even when it isn't your neighborhood.
The blackened mahi was declicious - cooked to perfection. The cornbread could be dessert with coffee.
Food and staff were outstanding. I will definitely recommend it to friends if they travel to Richmond :)
Joe's is always a great place to go. The food is the best and the staff always has a smile. We don't make it there to often anymore but still love to go there for breakfast whenever we can make it.
Food & service was excellent. I would recommend Joe's to anyone. This was my first time there
