After spending a day with my husband's grandfather, we noticed a neat old photo framed on his wall. He explained that it was the apartment he grew up in as a kid, and Joe's was underneath it. Shared some fun stories. Later that evening when meeting up with my brother, we suggested Joe's so we could check it out. My brother got there first and described it as marinara heaven. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be back next time we are in Richmond!
Never had bad meal at Joes. Usually go for brunch with family. Had breakfast with friend yesterday.
I have not been here in many years. Seated right away, service was very friendly and food was great! Wonderful company
