Just passing through Richmond and discovered this great place. Loved everything about Joe's. Choice. Portions. Staff. Atmosphere. Luscious desserts. Coconut Custard Pie??? Out of this world!!! Will try to get here anytime we can.
A must stop on any Richmond trip. Always great food.
