I frequent Richmond for work and always ensure to stop by Joe's for a pint, my favorite Chicken livers and staff always welcoming. Great food and atmosphere, though getting a bar stool can be a challenge. A must place when in Richmond. Cheers.
It is the best! I have been going there for at least 30+ years and it is as good today as my first trip!!
The spaghetti is obviously fantastic and more than I can eat. Salad, bread and butter. I wobbled out satisfied.
