Very pleased with the service and price. Garage door spring broke on a Sunday and car was trapped in garage. Called another service who quoted truly insane prices for Sunday "emergency service", and were going to call me back next day to schedule regular service. Called ***'s on Sunday and *** was here within an hour, no extra charge for Sunday, no waiting for a call to schedule the service. Everything's fixed and we will be using ***'s from now on.

My garage door malfunctioned so I checked my friend Mr ****** for a garage door service firm in Broward County and I found ...Joes. Called and spoke to a very nice and efficient lady named *****, she gave me a service window of 2-4 pm that day. At 1:57, *** from **** arrived. Spent a few minutes running diagnostics and told me the gear drive on top of the motor unit was stripped. Quoted me a price on replacement with warranty and we reached an agreement. ************ Springs broke on our 32 year old garage door. Your company came out the same day as our call. ***, **************, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and discussed options. He completed the job in slightly less than the time required. No pressure to upgrade or buy a whole new door. He suggested a keypad device, which we agreed to. When finished, he explained our newly renovated garage door. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely refer my friends and neighbors to **** Doors.

Technician was on time, pleasant and professional. We discussed my options in regards to my current equipment and a replacement. Since my system was quite old, I had the opener and springs replaced which also allows for Wi-Fi control. I would recommend the company to anyone interested in upgrading or repairing their equipment.
