More often than not the food and service are excellent. Recently on an early Saturday afternoon the wife and I visited. We were promptly seated and offered menu's. We ordered our meals which arrived quickly. From that point on it was a disaster. 90% of the food was over-cooked and tasteless. My boyfriend and I got dinner here for my birthday. The drinks and service were mediocre but as a server myself, I felt obligated to leave a tip in cash. Our server did not feel that was enough so she added another $10 tip to our debit card. When I called the Pittsburgh location, I was promised my $10 and given a poor apology. Almost 3 weeks later still no refund. Won’t be going back. Thank you Coryn for stealing $10!
