Staff was very helpful and friendly
greeter was surprised when 5 people walked in at 6pm....seated us outside as we requested but at the only table that had NOT been cleaned.....ordered steak medium well with zucchini/carrots but was delivered a very well done & dry steak w/broccoli....chicken was undercooked for pasta alfredo....service was slow & there were very little patrons there
The actual seafood--crab, shrimp, mussels--is great, but in Ohio surrounded by farms, there is no reason to serve twice-frozen mushy corn on the cob or hard, underdone potatoes. Service was friendly enough, but there was a discrepancy when they rang up my bill which looked like they doubled the total--and the server didnt take the time to explain in advance although the place was empty. Food was great staff was very Helpful great experience
Very very poor communication, we drove 2 hours from Sandusky, we called at 4:00 to make reservations for our arrival at 6:00 and we arrived and we got told a 35 minute wait, this is rediculous to have a 35 minute wait for a 2 hour drive and made reservations 2 hours in advanced.....
45min. to receive appetizer. Over 1 hr to receive entrees. Then only received three of four. The 4th took another 20-25 min. We eat together! Lots of apologies from server. Will NEVER go back.
The food was not good. cooks need to take a little more pride in their food. dry looking tilapia, shrimp, Fry's to salty and peel the skin off shrimp before cooking it. came down from Cleveland for the weekend with my daughter. maybe I picked a bad day, everybody has them.
