Always good food however they did run out of crab crackers this time it wasn’t even that busy.
waited 35 minutes and got wrong order. Saw waitress maybe 3 times. steak was coated in pepper. shrimp scampi had no flavor. very disappointed.
Went there today and it was disgusting. We had gone three years ago and it was a great experience and good food. Today the place looks like it should be abandoned. Health department needs to inspect. It was so filthy and the outside hasn’t been taken care of in some time. We really should have just left after our waitress came up and didn’t introduce herself and just stated “drinks”.... after a pause she then added “we have Pepsi products”. the snow crab 🦀 was delicious! but they had given someone else my food the first time it was ready, so it took over an hour before my food was brought to my table. 🤨
I remember Joe's when they were in Cleveland, it was DELISH. Tonight the food was AWFUL. The waitress was AWFUL. I left a 20% tip because that's my normal tip but I specified the tip should go to Aleesah. I hope she gets it because she paid more attention to us than our waitress, who i dont even know her name. i made these reservations on Opentable and said it was our 39th anniversary I'm so sorry I picked your restaurant.
Food was awesome but as for service and with as the restaurants being non busy due to covid , the service was terrible, they brought our food out and didn't see them for the rest of our dinner had to track down a server to get our bill. shame because that place has great food
