Completely disappointed in the service and the portion size to the price of the meal. Server was rude like it was a chore to wait on us felt like we were an inconvenience to him.
RecommendedI really enjoyed the Paradise Platter with Tilapia, shrimp, rice and macaroni and cheese.

Great service and wounderful food
when i first went to Joes Crab Shack. i ordered the steam pot. However i went 2 days ago and my steam pot had no steam like my first visit. my food was luke warm so they offered to do a refire, but when my food came back a second time it felt like it was just 1 degree warmer. i drove 17 miles for luke warm food. i was very disappointed taking someone who had never been before. it was a bad way to spend 64 dollars and my friend who never been there before said she will not go there again. Very disappointed.
Turn the lights out and lock the doors... This place is a toilet. Lousy greeting... no waitress ever showed up. Dirty floors, greasy table and menus. We just walked out. Nobody even cared. Dump.
Very disappointed in the food. It has definitely gone down hill over the years and I can see why they are closing locations. They should go ahead and close them all if they no longer care about the quality of their food. Will not return!
