I called this establishment yesterday to inquire if they could fit me in for brake repair on my Volkswagen Jetta. Was told to be there the next morning between 0930 and 1000 hours. I arrived early because I left work and didn't want to drive back home and cause anymore damage to rear rotors. From the time I was there, which was brief, I felt as if I was an inconvenience and not a customer.
