I called to make a payment arrangement for my vehicle. Due to the current events my money has been shorten and I needed more time to pay my payment for the week of Apr 10,2020. I have been leasing my car since July 2019. I spoke with the manager his name is Donald. He spoke to me in an antagonizing way threatened to pick my car up in an hour if I did not pay. Joes is great! Where do I start I had gotten referred from Jasmine, I didn't think I would be approved but I was in need so I went... & I got APPROVED!!
