Sara scheduled an appointment a month out for my RV to get a computer (ICM) upgrade as per the manufacturer. I called to see if I needed to do anything a week before the appointment and the other lady that works the office said I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. She said that I must have called the shop in Kingman. On my calendar I wrote down Sara’s name and I explained that to her.
