i had an old furnace repaired. brian and terrence did a terrible job, ensuring it was done incompletely and to my dissatisfaction. they rushed through the process, failing to explain anything despite having the entire day. they were unprofessional and unfriendly. i am disappointed with all the time wasted with this company!

despite being given a work window, a repairman showed up an hour late, without checking for any flooding or verifying the service we needed. that was discourteous. when the 2 technicians, brian and melvin, finally arrived, they started the work without explaining my options or giving any price ranges. they carried out their inspection and unclogged the toilet without explaining what the issue was. terrence, in particular, was vague, and left me in the dark. i would avoid using this company again if possible.

Having a clogged kitchen sink the day before Thanksgiving is incredibly frustrating. I attempted to schedule an appointment online with this company, but it was a struggle. They showed up late and unprepared. Melvin seemed to be working with little to no effort and was unsuccessful in clearing the kitchen drain, effectively ruining our Thanksgiving! Ezra was supposed to install three sets of bathroom faucets. He was rude, arrived 15 min later than the scheduled time, and failed to complete the project professionally or within the estimated time frame. He was unmasked, ignoring my specific request. I called this company one day and was promised a next day appointment, but it didn't materialize. I am unsatisfied with every aspect of his work. I am regretful to have to discourage his services.

Brian was disappointing. He communicated with my husband and I in technical jargon. He neglected all our questions and left before we were satisfied. This company's project was terrible and he did the bare minimum. Not recommended! Do hesitate to ask for him. He's clueless about his stuff!
