She went above and beyond to help us close a difficult and lengthy purchase process due to the loan we used (renovation). She was always accommodating and helpful of local issues. A quick response to clients questions and concerns should be at the top of every Realtors priorities and Joelle was excellent. We are out of state purchasers and needed some assistance with utility hook-ups etc. In addition to our Real Estate transaction, Joelle coordinated every aspect of our purchase. I have been associated with Realtors for 30+ years and Joelle is at the top of my list.

We were not having much luck with a local vacation property sale and then met Joelle, who not only sold our property, but has kept in touch for more than 8 years as we intend to buy again to retire in that area. Her patience with our drawn out relocation process has been refreshing and is what keeps us focusing on that area - it truly is one of the most picturesque mountain regions on the entire east coast.

What a great realtor. Very knowledgable about the area. I wasn't exactly sure of what I wanted and because she was a good listener, she was able to show me affordable properties that suited me best for the lifestyle I wanted when I retired. She continues to assist me with area information, contractor referrals, etc. even though my sale has been final for over 8 months. I would highly recommend her!
