We hired Joelle to list a lot as a short sale. She was patient and kind in helping us deal with the bank. She got us a full price offer within weeks. Unfortunately the bank did not accept. Joelle continued to help us in dealing with the bank even after withdrawing the listing. A true professional.

Great Realtor We have used Joelle to both purchase and sell a house and she has gotten the job done with minimal stress. Being that buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful undertakings there is we are grateful for that.

Joelle was wonderful with our real estate transaction. With us living out of town, having her on our side made it seem like there was no distance at all. She offered good advice all along the way and was very accommodating with our requests for showings. We completely enjoyed our buying experience with Joelle! This was a dual agency situation, and she represented both sides with complete integrity. She was always accessible, knew the process backwards and forwards, and even had a list of names who were all well qualified to provide the services needed to get this closed. I have had 10 plus real estate transactions in my life, and this was one of the easiest, primarily because Joelle was always very proactive and missed no details. Call her with confidence- we will!
