Dr. Smith and his team took fantastic care of me. I had a less than successful surgery on my left shoulder by a different doctor in the past. I was worried about repeating that experience on my right shoulder. I saw Dr. Smith as a 2nd opinion. He took the time to answer all my questions, allowing me to make an informed decision.
