Nice Doctor and knowledgeable but obviously prone to overbooking which I feel is very inconsiderate to his patients due to consequent overly long waiting times. Front desk personnel extremely impatient, unfriendly and caustic. Will not go back.
Wow!! I was on vacation and had a spot on my arm that looked bad. So I called and they got me in the same day. I was so impressed by the caring and dedicated staff!! I saw Dana and she knew right what it was. She was so gentle, informative, and made the whole experience... well kind of fun. She even followed up with me when I got home. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!
I have been waiting weeks now for a refund check from Dr. Wilentz's billing employee, Jenny. I have called her at least once a week. She keeps saying that I am going to get it, but I never do. I am a senior citizen living on social security and I could use this money, especially around the holidays. Why would his office staff take money from me that was unjustified and then take their sweet time to send me a refund? I am ready to take him to small claims court if I do not receive my refund.
