Dr. Gelman is truly a unique and important asset to UCI's urology program and among the most skilled physicians I have encountered anywhere!
Dr. Gelman has shown that he is a skilled surgeon with a lot if experience. In the way of a constructive criticism, I would offer that the good doctor always seems rushed and or overscheduled etc.

The visit summary given to me at the end of each visit is not only worthless, it is potentially harmful.
I am sure Dr. Gelman is quite knowledgeable in his field and I would very much appreciate the opportunity to be seen again by him.
Dr. Gelman is the best urologist around. I had been to several doctors before him and no one was able to correct my problem. He is very direct and did exactly what he said he could do. I would recommend him to anyone looking a great urologist!
I scheduled an appointment with Dr, Gelmon to get a second opinion regarding a proposed BMG Urethroplasty surgery for a urethral stricture repair. I had concerns about whether my specific condition warranted this drastic surgery as well as apprehensions about pictures of the procedure I had viewed online. Gr. Gelmon does not accept my insurance so I paid him $300.00 out of pocket to review my prior tests/imaging and offer his opinion.
