I have not one complaint! we have both home and auto with them. They have been consistent and fair and quick to respond to any and every question we’ve ever had. Efficiency and integrity run strong in this agency, and a you can literally hear the smile on the other end of the line when you call.
I've had State Farm car insurance forever! Abbey is always helpful with my car insurance needs. I recently set up homeowner's insurance and spoke a lot with Davey (again, an awesome, attentive agent). Joel met with my fiance and I after house to talk life insurance. It was a great, no pressure chat about all the different types of life insurance and how it all works. I have yet to meet a Joel Fiorelli agent that didn't meet or exceed my expectations!
