Someone told me to get the best doctor recommendation to ask the elders in your neighborhood. I did that and they recommend Dr Brown. I must say he is a wonderful doctor. Very kind and patient. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Brown is excellent, very professional, yet caring.
I can't say enough about the positive experience that I had with Dr. Joel Brown for cataract surgery. He is very open to answer any questions, explained every detail of pre-op, surgery and post-op thoroughly and is so genuinely kind. The office staff are highly organized and the office appointments are very efficient. My experience at UPMC East was great with all of the pre/ recovery and surgical staff being kind and explaining what was going to happen during the procedures. Dr. Brown is absolutely the best!!
