Whether buying or getting service you get excellent care I have been getting vehicles from Joel Confer Toyota since 1989. I have purchased 7 vehicles from them and have had three additional vehicles that I did not buy there serviced by them. One thing that I can say wholeheartedly about Confers if that they have treated us fairly over the last 24 years. Whether it be purchasing a vehicle or getting service through Confers my families experience has always been with confidence of knowing we will be treated fairly.

Professional sales personnel Our experience with this dealership is very positive. We won't hesitate to go back there to buy our next car. Both Michael and Thomas are very professional in handling our purchase. Michael is the "King" of car salesmen. He is very patient and spends much time to get us familiar with our new Prius.
Excellent I have been going to Joel Confer for automobile service for many years. I appreciate their professionalism and attentiveness. The attendants are friendly and greet me courteously. I have purchased vehicles from them and service after the sale is top notch.

RUN BY THIEVES The actual car buying experience was okay, though I do not think that they gave me a fair value on my trade in. After I got the car they said there was an error with my paper work and demanded that I pay more for the car. I saw no error and told them so. They then proceeded to call me at all hours and leave threatening messages on my answering machine. I would never go back there again
28 Years & 10 Cars I have been thinking about how to best describe my dealings with Joel Confer BMW over the past 28 years, and believe the best way to do this is to simply say I picked up my tenth BMW from them two days ago. Retired Picked up our 2014 BMW X5 last week... great vehicle and my 4th from Joel Confer BMW. Mark Noel has been great to deal with over our 10 BMW years, and can't say enough for Marvin Bixel and his service team.
