RUN BY THIEVES The actual car buying experience was okay, though I do not think that they gave me a fair value on my trade in. After I got the car they said there was an error with my paper work and demanded that I pay more for the car. I saw no error and told them so. They then proceeded to call me at all hours and leave threatening messages on my answering machine. I would never go back there again
Professional sales personnel Our experience with this dealership is very positive. We won't hesitate to go back there to buy our next car. Both Michael and Thomas are very professional in handling our purchase. Michael is the "King" of car salesmen. He is very patient and spends much time to get us familiar with our new Prius.

He has managed to figure out what I like and want in a vehicle and works around my schedule to make sure that everything is perfect. When it is time for service, Marvin is always accommodating. You guys definitely know what customer service is all about!
