RUN BY THIEVES The actual car buying experience was okay, though I do not think that they gave me a fair value on my trade in. After I got the car they said there was an error with my paper work and demanded that I pay more for the car. I saw no error and told them so. They then proceeded to call me at all hours and leave threatening messages on my answering machine. I would never go back there again
28 Years & 10 Cars I have been thinking about how to best describe my dealings with Joel Confer BMW over the past 28 years, and believe the best way to do this is to simply say I picked up my tenth BMW from them two days ago. Retired Picked up our 2014 BMW X5 last week... great vehicle and my 4th from Joel Confer BMW. Mark Noel has been great to deal with over our 10 BMW years, and can't say enough for Marvin Bixel and his service team.
Maria I just had my 3rd BMW delivered to my home by Ron Rehmeyer last week. He has managed to figure out what I like and want in a vehicle and works around my schedule to make sure that everything is perfect. When it is time for service, Marvin is always accommodating. You guys definitely know what customer service is all about!
