From initial appointment to post-op, I was very pleased. Office and surgical staff were all wonderful.
I was referred to Dr Turner by my primary care doctor for hernia repair. Dr Turner was very thorough in his explanation of the issue, how to treat the issue, surgical options and recovery. Dr Turner also performed the surgery and provided detailed post operative instructions. All around a great experience and would highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Turner by my endocrinologist for hyperparathyroidism. He discussed all aspects of the disease and the multiple problems it presented including osteoporosis and increased serum calcium levels which could lead to kidney stones and significant cardiac issues. He then discussed the surgical treatment including risks and benefits as well as the post operative care. The explanations were thorough and easily understood. Most importantly he answered all questions.
Dr. Turner's staff was very responsive in scheduling my initial appointment, as well as scheduling the actual surgery. My pre-surgery consultation and surgery could not have gone better. Prior to surgery, Dr. Turner spent time reviewing the procedure with me, including drawing the relevant structures involved and explaining the overall laparoscopic procedure. I was referred to Dr. Turner to have thyroid surgery and am so glad that I was given his name. He was very thorough at both my pre-op and post-op appointments answering all my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
Dr. Turner made my surgery and the whole experience very comfortable and easy. Talking to him put a lot of anxiety at ease,,,, he walked me through the procedure and did everything he said was going to do with no problems. EXCELLENT DOCTOR,, highly recommend him to anyone,, 5stars.

I was sent to Dr. Turner for hyperparathyroidism. As it turned out, I needed a parathyroidectomy and was scheduled for surgery in a very timely manner which was to my liking. Surgery was 10 days ago and my follow-up was today. All is fine per Dr. Turner. Follow-up blood work is ordered for a month after surgery. The whole process was swift, efficient and non stressful. All of the hospital staff were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend Dr. Turner and the GBMC.
