Joe was a wonderful realtor! He met with us to go over what we wanted in a new home, and took the time to visit several homes with us. He pointed out things we should consider in purchasing a house (we were first time home buyers) and made sure to help us look at the disclosures for any issues. When it came time to send in offers, Joe was very quick and responsive. When our final offer was accepted and we had some issues, he helped us negotiate with the seller. Joe was extremely professional and helpful in the sale of our home. His attention to detail and responsiveness were exceptional. He made sure the home looked perfect before putting it on the market. He has people lined up to take care of every detail; such as repairs, painting, yard work, staging, as well as hauling away the unwanted items. There was not one detail forgotten.
