I wish I could've given Joe more stars than 5. WHAT A REALTOR!!!!! He did a great job. It started off with us not being super satisfied with our original realtor choice. So my wife called Joe and when she hung up the phone we were scheduled to view an off market listing in 3 days. We walked the property on a Sunday night (which Joe was happy to do) and put in an offer right there. 4 days later the sellers countered and we accepted. Joe helped us SO much with our house hunting & loft purchase. We really enjoyed working with him, especially because Joe has a rare combination of being fun, laid back, and completely on top of things. Joe did an absolutely great job with my listing in San Leandro. I have bought and sold property all over northern California, and Joe was the most helpful, responsive, communicative, and gung-ho agent I have worked with. I live 3 hours away from the listing, so I was often unable to handle many tasks that Joe helped me with. We sold our house in Burlingame and it was a challenge. However, I am so glad we got Joe as a listing agent. He was always positive and professional , searching to find the way how to make the house more attractive to buyer.
