Never had worse wings !! Asked for extra crispy in case they would be slimey. Got them way way undercooked and no flavor. (not even any butter and garlic or parm in the bottom of the container.)
Watch your credit card - was charged two different amounts and have yet to receive a refund. That's no way to run a business.
I ordered online. Prepaid and included a tip. After waiting over an hour, I called to see where my delivery was and was told that they were "busy" but my food would be delivered within 30 minutes. 40 minutes later, the delivery person arrived and informed me that they had "lost" my order. The person i spoke to LIED about it being busy. I wasn't even offered a partial reimbursement for having to wait 1 hour and 45 mins for a very simple order. Of course, the food was terrible, as well! NEVER AGAIN!

Edgewood place of business is by far the worst of this business. I been to the one downtown they were pleasant and always nice. But Edgewood puts a bad name I was hung up on and when stated I had a coupon that they put in your bag everyone u order and my son drove off he told me I must show it, but u have it in the store... Food was ok. Customer service was junk. Nobody wants to answer phones. Came late from a driver in a car that exceeded occupation, talking on the phone and ignored me as I stated my problem. Walked away as I stated my problem, saying sorry can't help you. Get your shit together, 35 people on my end will look somewhere else. Pretty bad when the smallest of businesses troll you in customer service.
