Mallory and the rest of the team are fantastic to work with! State Farm may not be the cheapest option, but the excellent customer service and coverage is well worth it. My wife and I have home, auto, and personal property insurance with them and we don't plan on going anywhere.
Had to make a move from my previous insurance company due to poor customer service and increased rates (no claims or bad credit or anything to warrant) that I had been since 2003. I had actually been with State Farm in Texas previously for over a decade before. Joe's group was quick to respond and very nice and got me all setup and we got payments done over the phone as well. So looking forward to a long relationship with a quality agent and company!
