RecommendedMy husband has been with Joe Mullee since he was 17 (29 years ago) and I came onto his policy when we were married 23 years ago. The entire office staff has always been very helpful when we've needed assistance through the years. Sara, in particular, is very attentive and explains everything very thoroughly! Especially in the last couple of years as we have added our children to our policy! I highly recommended Joe Mullee and his office for your insurance needs!!
I have had nothing much a great experience with the staff at Joe Mullee State Farm! Mallory and Sarah have always been so pleasant and helpful and they have gone above and beyond to help me whenever I need it! They are constantly looking for ways to save me money and often will contact me when there has been a rate decrease that will benefit me! I have never been happier with my insurance company!
Roadside Service is Impossible! State Farm uses a third party service for towing, so after being on hold for 30 minutes, I was transferred two more times and each time I to “be verified” again! I’ve called several offices and all of them or closed or no one answers the phone, including this office, which is where I got my insurance. Mobile app won’t accept my policy number. 75 minutes for a tow company (Geico only 60 minutes). Don’t get stranded on the side of the road in the heat or cold with a baby or dog. After years of what can only be described as the worst possible relationship one can have with an insurance agency (hint: rhymes with Allstate) the heavens cracked open and gifted me with a State Farm superhero masquerading as a woman named Mallory.
