I have been living through essentially for a great part of my life with an immense sence of clouded of confusion, wich is more intense then many others unless you too are born with A.D.D. In addition when you combine it with your sexual orientation it can seem almost unbearable, but Joe Kort's book "10 Smart Things Gay Men Can Do to Find Real Love" has really helped me greatly in gaining a clearer scope of our environment, and a clearer view of the path I/we must follow.
