Joe Hurley installed a Slant Fin Lynx combi boiler in my house. There were some problems after the initial installation, but they were good about fixing them. I have two maintenance contracts with them that include emergency service. I have had to go without heat until morning a couple times, but that was tolerable. Last night my boiler fell forward, off the wall. The screws holding the brackets were only about 3/4" and barely exceeded the thickness of the panel board. They were not screwed into a stud.
