Very professional and timely was kept informed during the whole process and made aware of any delays.
Staff was nice. Work was complete as scheduled. They failed to properly rebuild the drivers door and now it sounds like a turkey call inside the door. They also failed to properly secure the inside of the wheel well and the scrubbing stopped when the tire ate all the plastic. The door gaps in the drivers door are not even close to even. The entire experience from vehicle check-in, updates on repairs throughout the repair process, and completion was excellent. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve been here a couple of times now and Joe, James, and Daniel are all wonderful. They really know what they’re doing, they take their time (not rushed or pushy) to figure out what the issue is, and they’re incredibly considerate and diligent (fast turnaround). The front desk is friendly and very helpful and everyone really knows what they’re doing. I absolutely highly recommended this place.
