Picked up my van today. Had a parking lot rear ender. Did not look that bad until a closer look was performed. There was more to it than just a bump. I was bumped harder than I realized. All is well now. all components are working. I tested the remote opener and locking mechanisms and everything is working great. Paint matches very well and the bumper fixed. We had my van in the shop after i got hit. The service started out amazing. No problems. The body shop did a great job and my paint job looks great. After we got home my husband saw the weather barrier was not installed correctly(it was hanging down below the bottom of the door) and had to take the door off. The lock cables weren’t ran through the weather barrier. And so the weather barrier was folded over completely and not installed right nor were the cables ran through there. He has a video of this. I went in for body damage due to someone clipping me with their trailer. everyone was very kind! 15+ years without dealing with insurance and rental cars I was out of practice, they handled everything for me and made it so easy I basically only had to walk in!.they quoted a 3 day job and did it in only 1 and it looks great!!! thank you!!
Joe Hudson Collision was very professional and had my car looking brand new. I was quoted 3 days and my car was finished in 2 days! Nikki was super friendly and helpful the entire time.
