RecommendedThey paint matched my bumper perfectly, and the bumper quality was phenomenal. would definitely recommend. only issue is that they backed up to the concrete stopper too close and I scraped my exhaust tips slightly when I drove out. Other than that id say they were 5 stars easily.
They made this bad Situation seem to be not so bad, they did an awesome job at fixing my car, and they got it fixed in a timely manner, thank's to everyone at Joe Hudson's for taking all my worries away. Ruth Giard
Excellent customer service, very nice people, poor work product, seems to lack quality assurance. On a simple paint and dent repair, they needed to rework a spot where a chip was missed and they somehow managed to cut the rear bumper cover. They didn't hesitate to take it back in to make it right, but then while it was there getting that fixed, it was returned with paint chipped down to metal on opposite side, was given touch up paint for that because I did not want to leave it in their "care" any longer.
This place is absolutely amazing. They were fast, efficient and really did quality work. They kept me informed during the entire process and really made a normally stressful situation into a positive one. Niki was great with answering my questions and concerns upfront and really took the time to explain everything to me. if you are looking for a place to treat you like family this is it. Service was great and the personal were all very kind and thoughtful.
It's been close to 2 weeks and my wife's car still is not ready. All that needed repaired was a door. I've had cars fixed in half the time with worse.
